ELG have helped to secure planning & listed building consent for the relocation of South Tyneside College to a new site in South Shields town centre delivering 14,000sqm of state of the art teaching space. A separate planning application managed by ELG Planning for a 140 student accommodation block has also been approved on a nearby site.
