The tourism and leisure sector is a key part of the UK economy and ELG Planning have considerable experience of tourism and leisure projects, ranging from City Centre hotel developments to large-scale rural holiday parks. The recent trend for staycations following the pandemic and more active and environmentally aware tourism has led to continued growth in this sector and ELG Planning continue to act for a range of clients on proposals for new sites in both urban and rural settings, as well as extensions / improvements to existing sites.
