Our Proposals
Phase one of the Masterplan delivery is centred around Third Street, the former Fourth Street and Fifth Street. A scheme of around 100 modern, spacious and energy efficient family homes and bungalows are proposed. With approximately 50 of the units proposed as council homes, as part of the council house delivery programme. Feedback will be used within the submission of our planning application.Consultation Event
As part of the continuing delivery of the Horden Masterplan, you are invited to attend a drop in event which will provide information on the first phase of development. The drop in events will be held on:- Thursday 19th June 2025 - 3pm-7pm
- Tuesday 24th June 2025 - 11am-4pm
