On behalf of Mandale Homes and working with Wardman Brown, we have obtained permission in principle for 5 self-build dwellings on land adjacent to the settlement limits of Eppleby. The dwellings will make a meaningful contribution to meeting demand for self-build and custom housebuilding plots and diversifying the housing market in the former Richmondshire district area. A Technical Details application is currently being prepared to follow.
