History
ELG Planning was formed from the original company England & Lyle Limited, which was set up by Ian Lyle and Dr John England in 1995. We have been based in Darlington since then, currently in our office in a listed building at Gateway House on Coniscliffe Road. The company has gone on from strength to strength since and has been involved in a number of large and high profile planning projects throughout the country.
