Martins Mill located off Pellon Lane, in Halifax West Yorkshire. This vacant nineteenth centaury mill was redundant until it underwent a complete redevelopment into 69 apartments. The conversion undertaken by Mandale Homes went on and won the property the ‘Best Redevelopment Renovation’ for West Yorkshire at the UK Property Awards, and came second nationally.
