Proposed Change of Use of Part of an Area of Former Rugby Pitches to a Touring Caravan/Camping Area A planning application is being prepared for submission to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council for the proposed change of use of an area comprised by former rugby pitches to a touring caravan / camping area. This is to support the operation of the rugby club. The site has been successfully utilised as a caravan / camping area previously, but the Rugby Club are looking to formalise this use through a planning application. The proposals do not seek or envisage any physical alterations to the site.
