ELG have acted for Cameron Hall Developments for over 10 years advising on planning and heritage matters across the Wynyard Estate and initially developing a masterplan for the longer term vision for the Estate, including the delivery of over 500 new homes and a new primary school alongside the redevelopment of the historic walled garden, which was the winner of a Royal Town Planning Institute Award for Planning Excellence in 2016. This phase of development is nearing completion and planning permission has recently been secured for additional housing and a new local centre to further support the sustainability of Wynyard Village.
