Planning and listed building consent secured for a redevelopment scheme at the Grade I listed Rudding Park, Harrogate.

Alterations include the redesign of the principal hotel entrance within the listed stable block to better reveal its significance, as well as the delivery of a first floor fully glazed walkway to link the stables with Rudding House and the re-landscaping of the main approach and car park.  Subsequent proposals include enhanced on-site residential accommodation for staff and a new build energy (combined heat and power) plant to enhance the green credentials of the spa and provide energy security.
