ELG Planning have secured another approval for Mandale Commercial’s successful hybrid model. This latest scheme if on a greenfield site on the edge of Stockton close to Teesside Airport and forms the first phase of a larger mixed use scheme which includes Mandale’s new Head Office, residential development and further employment uses.
