ELG assisted the original development partners to deliver a planning approval for the redevelopment of this key regeneration site to the South Bank of the river. The scheme incorporated three listed Italianate towers and an engine room which now forms an integral part of the wider residential led scheme. The scheme has now been delivered by Ask Real Estate.
