There are four ways in which you can comment:
1. Attend the Community Consultation Event and complete a comments form;
2. Via the ELG Planning website (below);
3. In writing to ELG Planning, 55 Coniscliffe Road, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL3 7EH;
4. Send an email to: consultation@elgplanning.co.uk leaving your name and address along with your comments.
Please provide all comments by Wednesday 20th December 2023 at the latest.

Cameron Hall Developments & Jomast Developments are undertaking community consultation on their amended proposals for 700 houses and other facilities at Wynyard Village, relating to planning application 23/0261/OUT currently under consideration by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
You are invited to a community consultation event at Wynyard Hall, Wynyard, Billingham TS22 5NF on Wednesday 29th November 2023 between 2pm and 7pm where details of the amended proposals will be on display and representatives of the developers and design team will be available to discuss the proposals and answer any questions you may have.
Residents and interested parties will also have the opportunity to provide comments and help us evolve the proposals further before submitting an updated masterplan and other supporting information to Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council in due course.
