Proposed Mixed Use Development, Phase 2, The Links at South Beach, Blyth

Blagdon Estate are currently in the process of preparing an outline planning application for Phase 2 of The Links at South Beach scheme, which will include a hotel, family pub / restaurant and retail pods, as shown in the attached document. The proposals aim to build on the success of the mixed use retail and commercial scheme within Phase 1, which has recently been completed and will broaden the range of commercial and leisure facilities available to local residents and visitors to the area.
