  1. Attend the Community Consultation Event on Tuesday 14th November and complete a comments form (details of the event on the attached leaflet);

Proposed Residential Development
On behalf of our clients, Mandale Homes, we are in the process of preparing a planning application for residential development at land at Urlay Nook.  Mandale Homes are an award winning house builder based in Stockton-On-Tees with over 40 years experience. The site currently has planning permission for an industrial development, however it is now considered better suited to residential development, given the residential estate and it is Mandale's preferred form of development on the site.
