We are preparing a planning application for submission to Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council for a residential development for approximately 28 no. dwellings at Thornaby Sports & Leisure Club, Tedder Avenue, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 9JP.Proposed Development
The proposed development will provide a range of house types – all of these as affordable units. These house types will consist of a mix of 2-bed and 3-bed homes, comprised by semi-detached properties and bungalows.
The site will be accessible via the entrance off Tedder Avenue. An area of open space is to be provided near to the existing wooded area along the northern boundary, as well as the provision of a SuDS Pond at the entrance to the site.
